We believe that food has the power to bring people together, not tear them apart. That’s why we use the highest quality grains and gluten-free ingredients to make products that are safe, nutritionally balanced, and also taste good.

For us, quality is a broad concept. Not only do we pay close attention to ingredients, especially gluten-free grains, among which we privilege minor crops, but we also have a transparent ‘accompanied’ supply chain, production processes that meet the highest food safety and occupational health standards, and we pay great attention to the environmental impact, reducing energy and water consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. A holistic approach that also includes ongoing research and innovation, both in terms of the recipes, researched by nutritionists and food technologists and in the development of innovative production technologies, in collaboration with universities, suppliers and farmers. Uncompromising premium quality, which is a goal to be pursued for the company and its brands.

‘Made with the best of us’ is the new global campaign with which Schär, our flagship brand, has decided to go out into the field to communicate our vision of ‘putting our faces on’.

The narrative of the multi-channel campaign (TV advert, point-of-sale activations, digital and social promotion) focuses on our in-house team members, our real employees playing themselves. Irene the researcher, Daniele the quality controller and Jürgen and Cristiana, the bakers are the story’s protagonists and guardians of the various aspects that make up our concept of quality. Characters symbolise our commitment throughout all stages of the production chain, from the field to the fork, driving us towards excellence.

Through this story, we aim to highlight the passion and dedication that goes into everything we do, but above all, we want to celebrate our people, their stories, their commitment and their skills, without which our efforts would be in vain.
