Our Teams

  • Basic research and product development

    As a pioneer in the field of Gluten Free food, we place great emphasis on basic research and product development, the heartbeat of the corporate group. Our research and development department is located in the Area Science Park in Trieste. There, a leading research complex with more than 1000 scientists from various companies offers you insight into an inspiring scientific community. Our local team is further supported by researchers and developers in our production sites.

  • Production, quality assurance and logistics

    From production planning to the bakery, from machine operation and operations to warehousing, all our production teams have the same goal: to deliver first-class products to our consumers. Before the products leave our production plants via the Logistics and Supply Chain Management department, they are put through their paces by our quality assurance department.

  • Finance and Administration

    Financial accounting, controlling, purchasing, IT and human resources. That's how our finance and administration teams break down, rounding off the entire organization. The colleagues in these departments are especially valued as internal consultants for professionals, executives and senior management — and not just when it comes to numbers, data and facts.

  • Marketing and Sales

    Our marketing and sales teams are the central hub for the distribution and marketing of our entire product portfolio. It serves to analyze international markets, develops marketing strategies and defines market positioning.

    Our marketing teams are divided into Customer Service, Product Management, Online Marketing, Communications and Nutrition Service. Sales in Key Accounts and Back Office.

Dr. Schär is a dynamic company that invests a great deal in research and its employees. The international environment is an aspect that I particularly appreciate, because it lets us work in a future-oriented manner, yet it is integrated into a familiar working environment.
