Dr. Schär has set up an advisory board consisting of experts in the field of coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to promote the exchange of knowledge and best practice amongst the scientific community and raise awareness of gluten-related disorders.
Members of the advisory board include gastroenterologists, neurologists, paediatricians and specialist dietitians.
