Dr. Schär has been an active player in the field of gluten-related conditions since 2011 and cooperates with a network of medical professionals and nutrition experts from all over the world.
Our objective is to enhance understanding, awareness and advisory services available on all aspects of gluten intolerances and a gluten-free diet. We also aim to expand our knowledge platform to cover other fields of treatment (e.g. metabolic disorders, chronic kidney disease) and dietary requirements(e.g. ketogenic diet).
