Our international team of nutrition experts has been a professional point of contact since 2005. We offer information and training programs on gluten-related intolerance to nutrition experts, physicians, consultants, retailers, consumers and patient organizations.
Our Dr. Schär Institute has been dealing with gluten-related illnesses since 2011 and collaborates with a network of doctors and nutrition experts from all over the world.
Our objective is to enhance understanding, promote awareness, and provide advisory services for gluten intolerance and the gluten-free diet. We also aim to expand our knowledge platform to cover other therapeutic diets, including metabolic disorders, chronic kidney disease, and the ketogenic diet.
