The 18th International Coeliac Disease Symposium (ICDS) is being held in Paris from 5-7th September and brings together many international experts working in the area of gluten-related disorders.
The conference offers a scientific forum and a clinical forum for healthcare professionals as well as a half-day of workshops for the general public to attend answering questions around a gluten-free diet.
As a supporter of the event, Dr. Schär is organising a symposium entitled ‘Patient Management in Gluten-Related Disorders: From best diagnosis to the best diet’ on Friday 6th September, led by some of the world's leading experts. This symposium will cover a variety of current topics including what is key to good patient care, patient follow up to promote adherence and the quality of gluten-free diets and products.
