The aim of this UK multicentre study was to assess the degree of delay present in the diagnostic referral pathway for CD as well as determine concordance with biopsy guidelines along with attitudes towards CD in an attempt to characterise reasons for delay.

This retrospective study firstly evaluated the predictive rate of tTG-IgA >10XULN on histological features of CD & also examined the extent of the population with suspected CD based on positive serology.
